One thing is clear, the story of Nivetha and Rajhith has taken an unexpected turn, and people are eager to know what happens next.Also Read: Exclusive: The Best Thing I Like About Rajhith Is His Compassion: Nivetha Pethuraj。”8月21日，泸州市邮政管理局进行了回应。还有一名学生也在8月3日投诉称：他是2026届高三毕业生，8月2日前往中国邮政网点办理高考毕业生档案邮寄手续。网点工作人员要求必须先办理电话卡，才能受理档案寄递业务，实行业务捆绑。在本人明确表示暂不需要办理新电话卡，计划入学后自行选购号码的情况下，工作人员仍坚持办卡是办理档案手续的前置条件，导致其进退两难。8月21日，泸州市邮政管理局回应称：该局已下发监管提示函，督促邮政企业立即整改，严格规范寄递服务行为。目前邮政服务窗口已做好相关提示公示，不得强制用户搭售、捆绑通信业务。若后续邮政企业仍存在强制捆绑消费问题，建议向市场监管部门进一步反映维权。澎湃新闻注意到，泸州古蔺县一名学生近期也遇到类似情况，该学生在问政四川平台投诉称：2026年8月15日中午1点左右，该学生前往四川古蔺县建鸿路24号邮政大楼的“古蔺县寄递建鸿路邮政所”办理高考档案邮寄业务。

二 | 到达网店后，该生在“学生档案受理处”排队，耗费了一个多小时，工作人员根本没有直接办理档案邮寄手续，而是要求先办邮政储蓄银行卡，并推销保险和电话卡。这位学生称，这家邮政所当天对其他考生也采取了同样的手段——强行推销电话卡、保险、银行卡等业务。最后该学生明确要求，该邮政网点对误导及捆绑搭售行为进行书面道歉，立即整改业务流程，设置清晰指引，并协助其注销被诱导办理的邮政储蓄银行卡及退订相关业务。

三 | 澎湃新闻查询相关报道发现，泸州地区邮政部门在2025年也因类似问题被学生投诉。据四川日报或四川在线2025年8月13日报道：泸州市泸县高中毕业生刘同学在“四川省网上群众工作平台—问政四川”上反映，8月初，他到泸县邮政局龙脑大道营业厅办理考生纸质档案投递手续，被要求先办理邮政银行卡和联通电话卡。这位同学称，泸县招办于7月10日发布《关于投递考生纸质档案的实施办法》，明确“考生纸质档案将通过邮政邮寄的方式寄达高校，考生在收到高校录取通知书后，考生在8月1日至11月30日凭高校录取通知书和身份证（或准考证）到泸县邮政局龙脑大道营业厅的‘考生档案受理处’办理考生纸质档案投递手续”。按照通知要求，刘同学来到泸县邮政局龙脑大道营业厅办理寄递档案手续。“工作人员一听到我是来寄递档案，就要求我按照一张手写的图流程步骤来操作，并提前收掉我的身份证等着喊话。

四 | ”刘同学说。按照这一系列流程走下来，办完邮政银行卡就已经花费一个多小时。

五 | 但让他没有想到的是，他又在工作人员引导下，被要求办理了中国联通电话卡。

六 | “当我问‘可不可以不办’时，工作人员态度突然恶劣，在办好银行卡和电话卡后，我才填了一张寄件信息表。”刘同学说，办理寄递档案手续共计用了两个多小时，填寄件信息表不过几分钟，其余时间都用在排队办卡上了，携带的高校录取通知书和身份证，起到的更大作用是“便于工作人员套近乎和办卡”。

七 | 对此，中国邮政集团有限公司四川省泸县分公司市场部副经理商文、中国联通泸县分公司现场负责人王佳明在当时回应称，“不是强制的。办理寄递档案手续初期，存在工作受理流程不流畅和工作人员解释告知不到位等情况，造成刘同学误以为是强制办理银行卡，加之当天办理的学生比较集中，导致排队时间长。

八 | ”商文就此向刘同学表示抱歉。王佳明也表示，在下一步工作中，将对存在的服务不到位、解释不清楚等问题加以改进，提升服务质量。
